A Perfect Venue for Your Party or Event

Parties - let's celebrate

Birthday Party, Celebration of Life, Christening, Work Party, Baby Shower, Anniversary Party, Christmas Party. All Of These Can Be Held in the Ballroom Function Room at The Waterside bar @gf social club.

WE DO NOT HAVE A GOODS LIFT, ONLY A SMALL PASSENGER ONLY LIFT
So all goods and equipment needs to be carried up stairs to the 1st floor. Unfortunately no exceptions can be made.

Whatever your plan the Waterside Bar @gf has all the facilities needed to make it a success!

  • Capacity for up to 250 people, seating for up to 180, dedicated bar and rest rooms.

  • Stage, dance floor, foyer and balcony.

  • Use of catering kitchen by prior agreement.

  • Close to train and bus stations, some free parking on site with ample pay for parking next door.

  • Door Supervisors where needed.

  • Buffet service available (at additional cost)

Food and Entertainment: At you own arrangement and cost, the venue can accommodate:

  • Disco or band (must provide own PA system as venue does not have its own)

  • Bouncy castle /  face painting (maximum size limit applies, contact us to check measurements).

  • Hog roast / ice cream van.

  • Sit down meal or buffet

  • Magician / Face painting etc.

  • Race night / Casino / Photo booth

  • Got something else in mind? Just Ask!

Live Music, Dinner Dance, Conference, Stage Performance, Fayre, Comedy Show, Ball, Dance Competition, Festival, Trade Show, Theatre, Disco. All These Events Can Be Held In The Dedicated Ballroom Function Roomat The Waterside bar @gf social club.

ALL DRINKS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE VENUE - BRINGING YOUR OWN DRINKS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
If anyone is found flouting the above we reserve the right for them to be asked to leave the premises.
